The food created by Monica and Wilson Ramones derives from a culture of true traditional Andes cuisine, dating back to their childhood in South America. Working in restaurants across New England for over 20 years, along with integrating American & European influences, a new fusion of flavors is being served to the community of Norwalk, CT as Andes International Gourmet Deli.
